Leadership and management without ego: inspire our Makers/Designers and Content Managers from a creative stand point
Develop and manage creative and visual projects on behalf of vast array of brands
Ability to foster the best possible creative environment
Perfection in presentation design
Ability to present and communicate with the client
Focus on concepts and 360 creativity with a strong background in digital and social
Good knowledge and working experience of UX and the use of multiple platforms
Understand the psychology of colour, visual identity and branding
You are curious and keen to explore new formats, new trends, storytelling and are able to bridge those with new business opportunities
You live and breathe design and you understand that data is our ally
Excellent time management skills
REQUIRED
8+ years of experience creating digital content across the board including for Social Media
A killer portfolio with samples your best digital work
Spanish and English (mandatory)
Catalan, French and German (optional)
Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
